A look inside the former City College in Plymouth. This building was sold off to bolster its finances
Goschen center , a landmark building is being demolished.
The complex of three concrete blocks was built by the Ministry of Defence in 1968 as training workshops for Dockyard apprentices.
The three-acre site was later taken over by City College Plymouth for use as a training centre.
But it was no longer needed due to the opening of the Regional Centre of Excellence for STEM (science, technology, engineering, maths) in 2017 and was put up for sale.
